The Villas At Carter Plantation
Welcome to the Villas at Carter Plantation! Carter Plantation has
nine separate villas with each villa having 7 guest rooms and suites.
Every villa has an upper and lower level to them. There are 4 rooms
or suites on the lower level and 3 rooms or suites on the upper
level. Rooms and suites may be reserved separately or the guest
(party) may reserve the entire level or the entire villa. "See
below for room and suite descriptions."
VERANDA QUEENS: (lower level, 2 of these suites
per villa)
378 square foot guest suite with two queen sized beds, nice bathroom,
an executive work station, comfortable reclining chair and outdoor
veranda.
VERANDA KING: (lower level)
360 square foot guest suite with one king size bed, oversized bathtub
in deluxe bathroom, an executive work space, cozy sitting area,
golf course view and outdoor veranda.
PLANTATION SUITE: (lower level)
724 square foot guest suite with a full-sized kitchen and dining
area, a living area with a fireplace and golf course view, laundry
room with washer/dryer, nice bathroom and a queen-sized "MURPHY
BED".
CARRIAGE HOUSE: (upper level)
304 square foot guest suite with one king size bed, an executive
work space, nice bathroom and a private balcony.
PAVILION SUITE: (upper level)
680 square foot guest suite with one king size bed, large walk-in
closet, bathroom with garden tub and separate shower, a galley kitchen
and dining nook, an executive work space and a generous living area
with comfortable seating
FAIRWAY SUITE: (upper level)
916 square foot guest suite with one king size bed, large walk-in
closet, bathroom with double sink, garden tub and separate shower,
a galley kitchen and dining area, an executive work station, a roomy
living area with comfortable seating as well as a big screen TV
and a balcony overlooking the 9th fairway.
AMENITIES: Full service restaurant, lounge, outdoor
pool, jacuzzi, exercise room, tennis court, room service.
ROOM AMENITIES: Refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker,
iron/ironing board, hair dryer, movie channel.
DIRECTIONS: From I-12: take exit 35 (Baptist/Pumpkin
Center), take a left and travel over the overpass, go to the dead
end, take a right on Hwy 22, travel on Hwy 22 into Springfield,
take a left at the light, go two blocks and take a right onto Carter
Cemetery Rd, property is located at the end of Carter Cemetery Rd.
